Account & Data Deletion Request

Proof AI provides users with the right and ability to request permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data. You may initiate deletion directly inside the Proof AI mobile application (under Profile → Request Account Deletion) or by completing the verified web deletion request form below without needing to reinstall the mobile application.

Enter your registered email address or mobile phone number associated with your Proof AI account. Our identity verification service will confirm your credentials and initiate permanent data erasure.

1. Scope of Data Deletion

When an account deletion request is processed through either the mobile application or this web resource, Proof AI permanently erases:

  • Authentication Identity: Your Supabase Auth user record and credentials are permanently destroyed.
  • Session & Push Notification Tokens: All active sessions across mobile devices (APNs, FCM) and web portals are immediately revoked.
  • Personal Profile: Full name, avatar, contact phone number, personal email, and residential address are purged from active tenant directories.
  • Live Location & Beacons: Real-time GPS beacon records, location logs, and device tracking telemetry are deleted.

2. Data Retention & Legal Exceptions

In compliance with federal, state, and local accounting, tax, and insurance requirements, certain business-critical transaction records cannot be deleted immediately upon account closure. The following categories are retained in immutable, encrypted archives:

  • Tax & Invoicing Records (7 Years): Invoices, Form 1099 payment records, and Stripe transaction ledgers are retained per IRS Section 6001 statutory requirements.
  • Executed Lien Waivers (Statutory Period): Signed conditional and unconditional lien waivers are legal contracts retained per state mechanic's lien statutes of limitations.
  • Workplace Safety & OSHA Compliance: Jobsite safety checklists and incident reports are archived per 29 CFR 1904 recordkeeping mandates.

3. Processing Timeline

In-app deletions take effect immediately for authentication revocation, with personal profile data purged within 48 hours. Web deletion requests submitted through this form are verified and processed within 30 calendar days.
