Pricing questions

Is there a setup fee?

Launchpad, Engine, and Engine Pro carry a one-time setup fee disclosed at checkout — $997, $2,997, and $4,997 respectively. Pulse has no setup fee. The setup fee covers data migration, telephony provisioning, integration configuration, and white-glove onboarding by our success team.

Can I cancel anytime?

Plans have a 12-month initial term with 30-day cancellation notice. We also offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee: if Proof isn't working for you in the first two weeks, we refund the subscription with a 50% administrative fee on any setup work already performed.

What about usage overages?

If you exceed your monthly call minutes, SMS, or AI quotas, overages are billed at graduated rates that decrease at higher tiers. Detailed overage pricing is visible in your billing portal at app.proofco.io and on every monthly invoice — no surprise charges.

Do you support healthcare, government, or aviation contracts?

Yes — talk to sales. We offer compliance-grade tiers (HIPAA BAA for healthcare, FedRAMP-aligned controls for government, FAA-conformant audit trails for aviation) sold under separate MSAs. These are not self-serve; pricing reflects the regulatory scope.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, ACH, and (Engine Pro only) wire transfer with NET-30 terms after first-year renewal. Invoicing is monthly or annual at your election. All payments are processed via Stripe and PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
