Team Management

How to manage technician roles, IICRC certifications, and multi-tenant access controls.

The larger your fleet, the tighter your access controls need to be. Proof-OS provides role-based access control (RBAC) so your field technicians only see the jobs they are assigned to, while dispatchers see the entire operational picture.

Roles & Permissions

  • Owner/Admin: Full read/write access. Can adjust billing, settings, and integrate external apps.
  • Dispatcher: Can create jobs, assign technicians, and view live telemetry. Cannot view overarching revenue reports.
  • Technician: Can only view jobs they are actively routed to. Can collect deductibles but cannot send final invoices.
  • Auditor: Read-only access meant for external CPAs or TPA reviewers.

Managing Certifications

Because the Proof Routing Engine is constraint-based, keeping your teamโ€™s certifications accurate is crucial.

Navigate to Team > [User] > Credentials. Here you can upload valid IICRC certificates (WRT, AMRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.).

[!WARNING] Proof-OS tracks expiration dates. If a technicianโ€™s AMRT certification expires, the algorithm will instantly stop routing them to Category 3 Mold jobs.

Revoking Access

In the high-turnover restoration industry, security is paramount. If a technician is terminated, clicking Revoke Access on their profile:

  1. Immediately invalidates all session tokens globally.
  2. Wipes cached job data from their Proof Mobile App.
  3. Automatically re-routes any of their pending jobs back into the Dispatch Queue for reassignment.
