The Settings Terminal is the administrative command center of your Proof-OS Tenant.

Profile & Security

• MFA Enforcement: Force all dispatchers and technicians to use Time-Based OTP or YubiKeys.
• API Keys: Generate restricted bearer tokens for external custom reporting tools. Note: API keys should be rotated every 90 days.

Webhooks

If your enterprise runs custom internal software, you can subscribe to Proof-OS events. In the Webhooks pane, add an HTTP endpoint to listen for:

• job.created
• job.stage_updated
• vision.payload_processed
• invoice.paid

Integration Hub

Proof connects to the tools restoration teams already run:

• Xactimate (ESX Import): Upload an .esx estimate file to automatically extract line items into a Proof estimate.
• QuickBooks Online: Sync customers, invoices, and payments to your QuickBooks ledger.
• PostHog / Mixpanel: For enterprises routing their own product analytics.

[!CAUTION] Changing the global pricing multiplier in your Settings will instantly update the unbilled AR matrix, but it will not retroactively alter already finalized invoices.
