Because Proof-OS owns the pipeline from initial phone call to the final Stripe payment, the reporting engine draws on a rich, connected dataset. We call this the Proof Fusion Engine.
Real-time Dashboards
Your main home terminal provides a real-time birds-eye view:
- Active Dispatch Count: Vehicles currently in the field.
- Estimated Unbilled AR: The total calculated value of mitigated scopes that haven’t been invoiced.
- 30-Day Conversion Velocity: The average time it takes a 10-second dispatch to convert into cleared funds in your bank account.
Custom Reports
You can export raw CSV data or run built-in matrix reports across multiple dimensions:
1. The Equipment Utilization Matrix
Are your $2,000 desiccants sitting in the warehouse 80% of the month? This report calculates the ROI on your hardware fleet based on time deployed.
2. TPA SLV Violations
See which TPAs are causing delays, and filter by claim type. Show insurance carriers that your SLAs are being met.
End of Month Reconciliation
At the end of the month, you can trigger an Export Payload that wraps your ledger data into a clean format ready for QuickBooks Online.
