AI Dispatch & Routing

How the Proof Autonomous Dispatcher manages complex fleet logistics and 10-second SLA responses.

The Proof Dispatch Engine doesnโ€™t just show dots on a map. Itโ€™s a constraint-based solver that factors in technician certifications, equipment loadouts, and SLA requirements to recommend the fastest available response.

Rapid Dispatch

When an emergency job is created, the system immediately:

  1. Execute a geospatial query on all available technicians.
  2. Filter the pool based on the specific hazard type (e.g., IICRC AMRT required for Mold).
  3. Validate current van inventory (e.g., does Van 4 have enough XL dehumidifiers for a 6000 sq ft loss?).
  4. Generate the optimal route.
  5. Send the encrypted dispatch payload via secure SMS.

Dispatch Override Protocol

While the AI determines the optimal route, human dispatchers maintain executive override capabilities.

If you need to manually pull a technician off a low-priority mitigation to respond to a Category 3 emergency:

  1. Open the Dispatch Terminal.
  2. Drag the technicianโ€™s marker directly onto the active emergency instance.
  3. The system will automatically notify the homeowner of the previous job about the delay, update the ETA, and route the technician to the new site.

Equipment Tracking

Dispatch relies on the Hardware Inventory Engine. Trucks must be scanned out at the warehouse. If a route requires 6 air movers and the closest van only has 4, the system will look for a secondary van to deploy in tandem or route to the nearest supply cache.
